A Versatile Virtual Assistant For Your Business
I started my career in a family-owned distributor company where I was doing almost every kind of administrative task, such as data entry, customer support, sales, scheduling events, training new employees, etc.
In 2014, I decided to study in Portugal in an Exchange Program for one year. It was my first time in Europe, and I visited more than 10 countries during this period of time. In addition, I could meet people from everywhere in the World and learn from them.
I came back to Brazil to finish my studies in Unilasalle, and in 2016 I came back to Portugal to work as a customer supporter in Lisbon, where I could upgrade my communication skills when it comes to persuasion and emotional intelligence. At the end of every call, the customer needed to evaluate my support with two possible answers: YES or NO, where YES stands for good support. I would receive my bonus if I could reach less than 5% of NO answers at the end of the month. It was hard to persuade an upset customer into a happy customer at the end of every call, but it was challenging! Mainly if you are receiving more than 100 calls a day.
In 2017, I moved to Poland to start my Master's Degree. But before that, I made a volunteering program with Polish kids in a Primary School for 6 months. The school was located in Zielona Góra, a small city near Germany. It was amazing to show my culture and learn about their culture as well.
During my studies in Wrocław, I started an internship in Data Courage as a Junior Data Scientist, where I could learn and develop my skills in coding and dashboard creator by using R Studio and Power BI.
