Monitoring E-Commerce Performance
Description
This project involved creating an interactive dashboard for e-commerce managers to monitor sales performance.
Using data extracted from the Shopify API via Coupler.io, this dashboard offers two key pages:

The first page provides a sales overview, featuring Pareto analysis to highlight the most impactful products, customers, discount coupons, and weeks.

The second page focuses on product analysis, displaying additional metrics such as sales by product category and vendor, profitability, return rates, and regional sales performance.
The dashboard also highlights product performance correlations, identifies underperforming products, and helps managers make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and focus on high-growth areas.
